St. Francis Hotel Rehabilitation

The old St. Francis Hotel located at 124 S. Detroit Street in Xenia, Oh was donated to the Interfaith Hospitality Network (IHN) on November 27, 2002 by Brad and Eric Montgomery of the Montgomery Insurance Investment agency, 114 S. Detroit Street, Xenia, Oh.
The IHN is in the process

of renovating the hotel to use as the IHN Day Center and Guest housing.

While some of the work is dependent on available funds, most of the work is being completed through self-help by volunteers.

Work days are scheduled for every Wednesday and Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
